By accessing or using any services, products, programs, or content provided by Optimise AI (“we,” “us,” “our”), including but not limited to the “Learn AI in 15 Minutes” program, consulting services, AI training sessions, workshops, downloadable content, webinars, and other current or future offerings (“Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

 

  1. Use of Services

You agree to use the Services for lawful purposes only. You must not use the Services to infringe on any rights, distribute malware, or engage in misleading or harmful activities.

 

  1. Services Covered

These Terms apply to all current and future offerings provided by Optimise AI Consulting, including but not limited to:

  • Online AI education programs (e.g. Learn AI in 15 Minutes)
  • In-person or live virtual training sessions and workshops
  • AI consulting and advisory services
  • AI tool demonstrations and walkthroughs
  • Downloadable resources and digital templates
  • Community discussions and coaching circles
  • Subscription-based services, memberships, or content delivery

 

  1. Payment and Subscriptions
  • Fees for services, including subscriptions or one-off purchases, must be paid in full at the time of registration or as outlined in your invoice.
  • All prices are listed in AUD unless otherwise stated.
  • All payments are processed via third-party platforms (e.g., Stripe, Payhip). We do not store your payment details.
  • Subscription-based offerings (e.g., membership to “Learn AI in 15 Minutes”) will automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
  • Failed or missed payments may result in temporary suspension of access.

 

  1. Cancellations and Refunds
  • For digital services or memberships, no refunds will be provided once access is granted, unless required by Australian Consumer Law.
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time before your next billing cycle. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • For consulting packages or workshops, cancellation terms will be provided in your service agreement or on your invoice.

 

  1. Replay Access and Live Participation
  • For programs like “Learn AI in 15 Minutes,” live attendance is encouraged.
  • Replay links are provided for personal use only and may not be shared or distributed.

 

  1. Intellectual Property

All content, including slides, videos, worksheets, tools, templates, branding, and written materials are the intellectual property of Optimise AI or its partners. You may not reproduce, sell, modify, distribute, or reuse any material without written permission.

 

  1. Limitation of Liability

All advice, content, and tools provided are for informational and educational purposes only. While we strive for accuracy and relevance, we do not guarantee any specific business results or outcomes.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Optimise AI shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages resulting from your use of our Services.

 

  1. No Guarantee of Results

You acknowledge that using AI tools and services may yield different outcomes depending on your data, usage, and implementation. Optimise AI offers guidance and training but does not guarantee performance, profitability, or transformation.

 

  1. Privacy

We collect and manage your personal data in line with our Privacy Policy, including email addresses, names, and usage data, for the purpose of delivering and improving our services. Your data will never be sold to third parties.

 

  1. Third-Party Tools and Integrations

Some of our services may recommend or integrate third-party tools or platforms (e.g., ChatGPT, Canva, Zoom, Stripe). You are responsible for complying with the terms and policies of those third parties.

 

  1. Modifications

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with the updated effective date. Continued use of the Services constitutes your acceptance of the changes.

 

  1. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
